Event Inquiry

Get in touch by sending us an inquiry. This is your opportunity to share the details of your event and start the conversation. We’ll also give you the option to schedule a call so we can dive deeper into your vision for the ideal beverage experience.
Customized Quote

Using the details you share in your inquiry or consultation, we’ll craft a custom package and provide a personalized quote for your review.
Contract + Deposit

When you're ready to move forward, we’ll send over an agreement for you to sign and request the deposit. Once those are completed, your date will be officially secured—E's Mobile Bartending will be booked for your special event!
Event Details/Planning

Planning ahead ensures everything flows seamlessly. About 30 days before your event, we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to finalize all the details. If your event is sooner, we’ll send it right away. This helps us understand your cocktail preferences, align expectations, and clear up any last questions or changes.
Event Coordination

We’ll arrive at your venue 1–2 hours before service begins to ensure everything is thoughtfully and beautifully set up. This gives us plenty of time to prepare so everything is perfect for you and your guests.

*Alcohol is not included in our services as state laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol. You supply the alcohol, we take care of the rest. Our planning expert will guide you by creating a shopping list with all the items you'll need. By providing your own alcohol this allows you to control your budget and avoid the high mark-ups on alcohol!
